CP3, Hornets Look to Build on Game 1 Intensity.

Hornets coach Monte Williams knows that in order for his squad to take a 2-0 series lead on the heavily favored Los Angeles Lakers, they are going to have to play better than they did in game 1.

Much credit given to Chris Paul and the rest of the Hornets for playing a near-perfect game, but they played against a Laker team that, other than Kobe, looked flat and didn’t give much resistence to the Hornets attack. Chris Paul spent most of his time in the heart of the Lakers defense, which yields the biggest front-court in the NBA.

Ignoring the Elephant in the Room: How Monta Ellis Continues to Fly Under The Radar

Not many would consider the Shooting Guard position in the NBA to be at a lost for talent. If I told you the top 12 Shooting Guards in the NBA were Kobe, D-Wade, Manu Ginobili, Vince Carter, Ray Allen, Brandon Roy, Eric Gordon, Stephen Jackson, Demar Derozan, Joe Johnson, O.J. Let the Madness begin!

Most would say that the NCAA tournament is the most exciting playoff system in sports. The upsets, players becoming a household name, knowing every game could be your last, the emotion, seeing match-ups you dreamt about all year, and filling out your bracket whether it be for money or bragging rights with your friends; all reasons you can’t say March without Madness.
